We have made quite a progress by this time. We have finalized all of our partners and vendors, electrical gears including UPS, ATS, PDU have been ordered. Mechanical ducting has also been sized and proposed… More detailed updates as we finalize our final design soon! Meanwhile here are some of the photos of the recent progress ….

The view from our balcony. As you can see our building is way above the city street, way above Seattle lightrail track, and way above the buildings in the lower part of the city. If you notice to the left behind the trees, it is the Seattle sound transit bus parking facility. Yes, we are certain that flooding is not a concern
